Every morning from 8-9 we offer morning training, which is included in the stay. The training is a fusion based on pilates, yoga and barre concept.
The morning workout gets through the whole body, strengthens the immune system, and makes your joints flexible. We start with breathing, immerse ourselves in ourselves and let yoga take over. Then we strengthen our core and flex joints and muscles. Finally, we move into the classical universe with a symphony of classical tones, the right posture and light stretches.
The training takes place in our beautiful bright gym on the 1st floor with a view of meadow, forest and Svendborgsund.
It is also possible to purchase personal training, e.g. in pilates or ballet.
