Float therapy in hot water pool
Floating therapy (Flothetta) takes place in the hot water pool (34 degrees) in a beautiful architect-designed building.
From the edge of the pool, you have a view of meadow, forest and Svendborgsund through the large panoramic windows.
In Flow Therapy, you are guided by our flow therapist who will make sure you experienve peace throughout your body. It’s a relaxing and wonderful experience.

Fusion
A versatile morning session that varies between yoga,
pilates, barre concept, stretching and breathing focus.
A popular activity, based on the individual’s physical starting point, where everyone can participate.
SaunaGus
In the sauna, the body finds peace, releases tension and unnecessary thoughts, as well as collecting new energy.
Saunagus is offered daily, where a gus master guides you through a delicious program with wonderful oils and scents.
Enjoy the sauna as an element in itself or use it after a trip in the hot water pool or steam bath.
Steam bath
The steam bath is part of Thorseng’s wellness facilities and is an extension of the house’s hot water pool and sauna.
Enjoy the steam bath’s beneficial warm steam, which creates calm in the system, cleanses the skin, and provides new energy to the body.
You can also buy a delicious exfoliating natural body scrub that helps the skin to cleanse and be radiant.
The steam bath is often used as part of Thorseng’s wellness events, which are held weekly and can be purchased separately.
