These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products (stay, membership, treatment, event, gift card, etc.) at www.thorseng.dk. The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers who shop via www.thorseng.dk.

Booking, reservation and confirmation
Any reservation must be paid in full immediately upon reservation or upon indication on invoice. When you book, an order confirmation will be sent to you via the email you provide, with information about your stay or membership and payments made.
If for any reason you do not receive your booking confirmation, please notify us as soon as possible at email@example.com . Your item (stay, membership, event, etc.) is confirmed as a binding purchase agreement with us once we have received your payment.
For booking of Thorséng Nature Resort, the booking must take place at least one day before arrival.
Payment and delivery
At www.thorseng.dk we receive payment with: Visa / Dankort, MasterCard and MobilePay.
Sofier A / S, MobilePay and LifePeaks handle all payments, and their terms and conditions will be applied to any transaction.
Thorséng only accepts bookings from people over 18 years of age. Thorséng reserves the right to refuse to book at any time without justification.
Purchase of a product to be sent, such as gift cards, may. freight be added to the price. VAT is included in all prices, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery takes place with GLS, Postnord, UPS or Fedex. Delivered to customers in Denmark, usually within 2-7 working days. Other locations must be arranged via email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
The prices on the website are in Danish kroner. Thorséng reserves the right to change these prices. At the time of booking you will be informed of the applicable prices. The price stated on the confirmation invoice is binding.
Cancellation and cancellation
Stays at Thorséng Nature Resort are refundable up to 14 days before arrival, by contact to email: email@example.com
No refunds will be given 14 days before arrival, but the booking can be moved to a new date if this is done no later than 4 days before arrival. However, the booking must be moved to a date within the same season / price range.
If Thorséng Nature Resort has incurred expenses specifically in connection with your booking, you are obliged to cover such expenses.
On very rare occasions, Thorséng Nature Resort may have to cancel your reservation. In such circumstances, you will receive a full refund, but the resort has no further liability to you as a result of the cancellation. However, Rosortet will endeavor to try to move a confirmed booking, canceled by the resort, to another date of the same standard and price level.
Events at Thorséng
A reserved and paid place at an event is refunded up to 14 days before the event, by contacting email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
No refund will be given 14 days before the event, but the booking can be moved to another date with a similar event / same price (or against extra payment for a more expensive event). If there is no similar event in the calendar, the amount will be given on a gift card that can be used for an event or other optional product on Thorséng.
If Thorséng has incurred expenses specifically in connection with your event reservation, you are obliged to cover such expenses.
If Thorséng cancels the event, all participants are offered a new event day or to receive the amount on a gift card for a later event. It is also possible to get the amount refunded if desired.
Training / team membership at Thorséng:
You have the right of withdrawal when buying a team course. If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, you must write to us at email@example.com no later than 14 days after registration for a team and state that you regret. You will then receive your full team price return.
If you regret the purchase of a course according to the 14-day right of withdrawal, you can get:
– the course amount less administration fee of DKK 250 return if you regret more than 30 days before team start.
– 50% of the team price returned if you regret 14-30 days before team start
– There is no right of return from 14 days before team start. However, you have the option of joining another team (in the same price range).
If you are unable to participate in a teaching course due to illness or other absence, we can unfortunately not provide a replacement course / refund.
In special circumstances, which means that the teacher is absent (illness or otherwise), Thorséng reserves the right to use another teacher. If Thorséng is unable to get a new teacher and hold the class as agreed, you will in principle be offered a replacement course.
Treatment at Thorséng
Cancellations for individual treatments must be made no later than 24 hours before the treatment starts by calling telephone: 62 54 19 07
In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the treatment, 50% of the treatment price is paid.
If you cancel due to an acute illness less than 24 hours before the treatment, a DKK 250 cancellation fee will be paid. In the event of absence from the treatment, you will be invoiced for the full price of the treatment.
If Thorséng cancels the treatment, the amount will be refunded and a new treatment date will be found.
It is Thorseng’s right to reject group bookings for Thorséng Nature Resort if we believe this may be to the detriment of other guests staying at the resort. As Thorséng Nature Resort is known for tranquility, wellness and unique experiences, parties are unfortunately not accepted. However, you can easily have fun around the fire, as long as other guests are not disturbed. Contact us if you would like to hold an event or a party at Thorséng.
Pets are unfortunately not welcome for the sake of other guests and possibly. allergy.
Guest conduct and violation of reservation conditions
Guests undertake to behave in a proper, appropriate and lawful manner, taking into account Thorséng, nature, other guests and the facilities of the property.
If a guest behaves inappropriately or does not comply with the directions (this is the owner’s sole judgment), or illegally, the owner reserves the right to ask the guest (at their discretion) to leave Thorséng before the end of the stay. Any refund for this will be made at the owner’s discretion. Termination of the holiday by owners or guests does not affect the other rights and remedies of this party.
In addition, Thorséng reserves the right to apply for compensation for any loss or damage caused to the property or other guests and / or their property.
Legislation and jurisdiction
Any dispute will be governed by the non-exclusive law and jurisdiction of the Danish court.
Assumption of risks
You spend the night in the wild with everything that includes potentially dangerous weather conditions and stays in the tents. Although we are very careful to protect you, accidents can happen and we are not held responsible for such accidents (as far as possible permitted by law). It is your responsibility to supervise children. If you notice that any equipment looks defective and / or causes insecurity, inform Thorséng as soon as possible.
Thorséng assumes no responsibility for theft, loss or damage, of any kind, during or as a result of a stay at Thorséng.
The use of the site’s facilities, the sea, climbing trees, hiking and any other activity in and around Thorseng’s area is the guest’s responsibility and is done at your own risk.
Participation in training and events is at your own risk and risk.
Thorséng invokes force majeure if the implementation of the agreement, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, is prevented due to circumstances, is outside Thorséng’s responsibility, including threats of war, personnel strikes, blockades, fire, floods, pandemics and other disturbances or events. In case of force majeure, the reservation will not be refunded, but a rebooking will be offered.
Despite Thorseng’s intentions to create a great experience for guests and members, you may have a complaint. You must immediately take this complaint with the owner at www.thorseng.dk to give us the opportunity to resolve the matter as soon as possible. If the complaint is not settled to your satisfaction, you have the opportunity up to 14 days after your stay to submit the complaint in writing or via e-mail to www.thorseng.dk
Provision of validity
In the event that a court finds that a condition in these reservation conditions is illegal or invalid, the illegal or invalid provision will be cut off from the rest of the reservation conditions, which will remain valid and have full force and effect.
